MyAgenix provides cosmetic guidance to help you choose skincare products. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and the control you have. It is a summary, not a substitute for the full policy we will publish at launch.
This website
This is an informational site. We do not run a waitlist and do not collect your email or any account details here — there are no sign-up forms. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and request data) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
The consultation (at launch)
When the consultation goes live, generating your personalised routine will involve processing the information you choose to provide — photos showing your skin’s appearance and your answers about your goals and preferences. We use this only to produce your guidance. It is cosmetic guidance, not a medical assessment.
Where your data is stored
Your consultation data is stored securely in the European Union (our database is hosted in London). It is scoped to your account so only you can access it.
Your control
You stay in control of your data and can ask us to delete it at any time. To make a request, or if you have any questions, contact us at myagenix@outlook.com.
