How it works
A consultation takes a few minutes. Three steps.
Step 1: Photo Analysis
You agree to exactly what happens first. Then you take three photos: straight on, and turned slightly each way. They stay private to your account, and you can delete them at any time.
Step 2: Questionnaire
While your photos are being read, you answer a short set of questions about your skin, your goals, your budget and anything you’d rather avoid. The waiting and the questions happen at the same time, so neither feels long.
Step 3: Results
A trained AI model reads your photos and answers and scores eight skin concerns from 0 to 100. A matching algorithm then weighs hundreds of products, and meal plans if you want them, against your scores, allergies, preferences and budget, and picks the best fit for you. Every pick comes with its reason.

What happens to my photos?
Before the camera opens we tell you exactly what we will do and ask you to agree. If you do not, nothing is taken. Your photos are used only to prepare your own read and routine. They are never used to train AI models, never shared with brands, and never shown to anyone else. They are stored securely in the UK/EU and are private to your account.
How do I delete everything?
Close your account from the account page, or email us and a person does it for you. Your photos, answers, reads and routines are deleted within 30 days, and nothing is kept for marketing.
